How to Enroll in Global Village School

Enrollment in Global Village School gives you access to teacher support and the administrative services of a legal private school. If you haven't already, please be sure to explore all of the K-8 program and/or the high school program pages to get a sense of the enrollment, curriculum, and tuition options that are available to you.

Basic steps in the Global Village School enrollment process

Contact Global Village School. Please tell us your enrollment preferences in terms of level of teacher support (tuition) and grade level. During the course of the enrollment process your enrollment advisor will help you choose the courses/curriculum and teacher service options that are right for your family. Your enrollment advisor will send you enrollment forms via email.


Complete parent and student enrollment forms for each child and submit via email.

For students who have previously attended high school: Review our graduation requirements. We will ask for copies of transcripts for previous years so that we can determine what courses need to be taken in order to graduate. If the student has been homeschooled for previous high school years we will need documentation of their studies.

For students that are new to our high school program: You will pay a $100 new student registration deposit that covers some of the cost of new student enrollment counseling and the learning styles profile. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward the cost of the enrollment fee.


Prior to completing enrollment we will schedule an enrollment counseling appointment by phone to finalize your choices. Please be sure to include your phone number in your email and on the parent enrollment form. We will use email to schedule the phone call.


GVS will send you an Order Form with the itemized details of your fees. Remember that sales tax (CA residents only) and shipping and handling charges may apply.


You will make a payment based on the information in the GVS Order Form.

Payment Options

There are four options for payment: credit card, money order, cashier’s check, and personal check.

1. Credit Card: Call or fax the following information to Global Village School at 805-646-9792. Sending credit card numbers via email is not secure.
Type of card (VISA, MasterCard, etc)
Credit Card Account Number ***
Cardholder Verification Value (3 digit code on back of card)
Expiration date on credit card
Name as it appears on credit card
Amount to be charged
Billing address
Phone number/s.

The administrative office will begin processing your order for shipping (if applicable) and assigning GVS teachers once your credit card has cleared. Processing times vary depending upon the season; your GVS enrollment advisor can give you a time estimate at the time of payment. You will receive a shipping notification (if applicable) and teacher notifications via email.

2. Money Order, Cashier’s Check or Personal Check: Make check payable to Global Village School and send to Global Village School, PO Box 480, Ojai CA 93024.

The administrative office will begin processing your order for shipping (if applicable) and assigning GVS teachers once we receive your money order or cashier's check in the mail. For personal checks we will process your order once the check has cleared. Processing times vary depending upon the season; your GVS enrollment advisor can give you a time estimate at the time of payment. You will receive a shipping notification (if applicable) and teacher notifications via email.
